We understand that you may want to add single ingredients (ie. bread, apples) in your meal plans rather than complete recipes. Fortunately, Meal Garden makes that very simple. To get started, go directly to your schedule page:
Click "+" next to the meal (or snack) that you'd like to plan for. Type in a meal or snack idea that you're thinking of (for example: "bread"). It willfirst show you bread related recipes in your cookbook, then other bread-related recipes available on Meal Garden. You can also click "28 bread on its own" and choose accordingly. See below:
