Is a podcast the best way to go?
Di-Di talks about examples of people who should go for podcast appearances and others who maybe should give it a second thought, but why?
Just like everything else in life, podcasting could be the best ally; Di-Di thinks that it is mainly viable for those who are willing to stick around, be consistent, and be patient to see results.
Podcasts require commitment and focus on one topic at a time rather than jumping around and expecting things to come the easy way.
It does take time, but if done correctly, the payout can be huge.
Where do I start?
Let's be honest, a lot of the time, we may know what we want but don't know where to start, Di-Di does a great job at explaining this in the most easy-flowing and understandable way.

Blunt but true isn't it?
Oftentimes the first step is the hardest to make. The key to success will always be putting the goal in your mind into action.
First step? Identify your ideal client and then identify and engage with podcasts that are related to the topic you work with.

Start engaging with the host via social, like, comment, subscribe, be seen before you’re heard :)

Understanding the importance of being WELL PREPARED as a guest
The better prepared you are, the more confident you’ll be, leading to a better conversation and experience for your listener.
Podcast-wise, it is VERY IMPORTANT to keep the audience happy during the show and make sure their trust is truly earned and not only borrowed, as Di-Di Hoffman states during the show.
What does truly earned mean? Well, once a host agrees for you to be a guest, they are lending you their audience´s trust.
Now, because listeners trust the host, you get to borrow that trust. And that's really a big deal… ~Di-Di Hoffman
As a guest, it is crucial to be fully prepared for the appearance on the show and have a topic well developed in the interest of not only engaging the audience for the duration of the podcast but also keeping them wanting more.

Doing the previous step correctly will create a positive domino effect that will lead to potential clients and/or subscribers.

As there is no straight line to this, Di-Di gives us a CONVERSION SYSTEM to make our podcast guest journey easier, understandable and profitable with each appearance:
- Present it like a profession, and treat each appearance as if it was paid.
- Have a signature talk, speech, or keynote.
- Provide short and punctual answers.
All these three steps are key to having an effective presence during the show and add more points to turning a listener into a potential client.
