Strong Mom was created for moms by a mom. Strong Mom is product and service based brand specifically for moms that specializes in fitness and nutrition. Created in 2016 by Denise Chiriboga, it's mission is to create strong moms around the world through fitness and nutrition in a healthy, fun and safe manner.

Postpartum fitness is Denise’s speciality.

In fact, she has a few battle-proven methods up her sleeve for getting your best body back after baby.

“My specialty is helping moms with the condition ‘diastasis recti’,” Says Denise, “It's not just about how your work out, or the exercises you're doing. It's really about also the food that you're eating and the nutrition that you're putting into your body, and that’s how I'm using Meal Garden.”

Denise’s approach is a bit different than most other personal trainers who help new moms…

While she acknowledges movement as essential to health, she also focuses on nutrition.

“Whether you're a mom who has had an episiotomy or a C-section, we all have some kind of soft tissue repair that we need to do in the midline of your belly. The biggest thing that stands out for me is drinking collagen, bone broth, and a collagen supplement”.

After having her second baby, Denise implemented her nutrition protocols into her diet and not only found them to aid in the healing process, but it also took away her new-mom brain fog. She was thinking more clearly, had more energy, and ready to take on her STRONG MOM brand.

But what inspired Denise to help new moms?

A few years ago, Denise never would have dreamed of the life she has now.

After working in finance on Bay street for many years, the one and only STRONG MOM, aka Denise; mom, personal trainer, nutritionist, and long time user of Meal Garden decided to quit her job and follow her passion for helping new moms navigate their postpartum fitness and health needs.

Now, she is inspiring others with her STRONG MOM brand to stop wasting time, follow your passion, and how to get started building your health brand.

With a self-started outlook, you can achieve anything!

From having her husband build her website, to uploading YouTube Post Partum fitness videos each week, Denise is a prime example of someone who can be successful without pouring thousands of dollars into her new business right away.

“Everything I built was self-taught! I'm not spending $3,000 for somebody to build me a website, so my husband took a few months to build my website. And as for getting the word out about STRONG MOM, it was just like a lot of networking, word of mouth, and utilizing Facebook.”

One step at a time, using trial and error, Denise found herself taking night classes to learn nutrition and online training courses on how to create YouTube videos. And in one year, she has grown to over 10,000 subscribers…. and changed many lives.

“A lot of moms are like, "I just want to get my pre-baby body back." I don't like using that term, but that's what moms say to me. For me, it's really about building strong bodies from the inside out. It's all about building your inner strength, your deep core muscles. […] For me, with my new moms, it's more about sustainable eating habits.”
