What a spectacular conversation between Kiki and Paulette, you’re going to LOVE the answers and questions and I’m sure you’ll connect with Paulette’s origin story.
One of the things I found most interesting about Paulette’s approach is the idea of ‘Just say yes.’ Essentially, this was one of her key business-building strategies when she decided groups would be her focus and online would be where should found and engaged with her audience.
What’s so interesting about ‘Just say yes’…
One of the books from GatesNotes, Bill Gate’s blog post and book recommendations ‘Range’, a New York Times Bestseller, includes a quote from a very successful Venture Capitalist (Paul Graham) - an early investor in Airbnb, Uber, and several other very successful start-ups. I’ve included the quote below:
'Instead of working back from a goal, work forward from promising situations. This is what most successful people actually do anyway’
So, Paulette’s approach of ‘just say yes.’ to opportunities that aligned with her passions is a proven strategy to becoming successful and is endorsed by some of our time’s most successful people.
But that’s not all…
Through this easy 20 minutes of listening, you’ll also learn about:
- How curiosity can lead to life breakthroughs
- One of the biggest issues women face, and how you as a health professional are uniquely qualified to help
- How Paulette created her signature program, ‘The CHANGE method’; where it started, what makes it different, and how she keeps it relevant and effective
- The one feature that Paulette really wanted to see in Meal Garden, and how it impacted her business once it was introduced
- The ways that Paulette incorporates Meal Garden into her practice, and why her clients LOVE being able to access it online

With nine (9) years of practicing under her belt, two (2) of those focused primarily on digital delivery, Paulette is the perfect person to share valuable insight for new practitioners as well as practitioners looking to expand their digital presence (she was intimated at first also).
Did I mention she’s a TV Personality also?
Thanks so much to Paulette for sharing her story; it’s exciting that many aspects of her approach to building and growing her business are foundational elements of some of the most successful ‘how to’ literature available today.
Don’t miss out on this lively chat, and be sure you have your notepad, you’re going to want to write some of these ideas down!
Sharing insights with your past self
To wrap up, Kiki likes to ask her guests ‘What’s one thing you’d tell your past self if you had the chance to go back in time’, Paulette’s answer, partially shown below, could have been the focus of the entire episode…
People don’t take seriously what they don’t pay for
These two minutes alone make this a ‘must listen’ for any up-and-coming practitioner.
Thanks to Kiki and Paulette for sharing with us, and thanks to you for sharing this episode with one person you think will have a better day because of it.
