Kyla Maki is a transformational coach who helps women with autoimmune illness transform their self-care so they can achieve their desired life without sacrificing their health.

In this conversation we discuss how to practice self-care when running a business, and how especially important self-care becomes when running a wellness business.

Kyla explains how rest and taking time away from business is important to have the energy to help people.

Often wellness entrepreneurs give so much that they forget to give to themselves. Another issue is when building a business (especially an online business we run from home) it can consume our life and we forget to do other things like have fun and visit friends or do hobbies.
