“We have to let our clients know, okay, we're working on changing your brain patterns. We're working on changing the way that you show up for yourself. But at the same time, I want you to be ready for those attackers that the opposing side to come back. They are going to come back, and how are you going to deal with that? And you kind of role-play. You get them to again, mindfully, just lovingly acknowledge it's happening again. Without any judgment, you re-pattern, you coax it into that new direction.”
