Did you know that not only us, but flowers also have a frequency?

Meet Dr. Darryl Roberts, a Certified Health Specialist, Certified Flower Essence Practitioner, Certified Natural Health Professional, and a Doctor of Naturopathy.

Why you don’t want to miss this episode of Making it Real

This week Kiki has a unique conversation with Dr Darryl Roberts about his flower essence modalities and how he uses Meal Garden to support this very specific niche. Did you know your emotions are impacted by frequency? And that you can balance it with flower essences? Dr Roberts explains it all!

In this episode…

We talk to Darryl about how he uses flower essences and other holistic healing styles in his practice as a naturopath and health coach.

We also explore how Darryl incorporates Meal Garden into his business and why he thinks it’s one of his most valuable tools

He believes that nature has the power to heal on a holistic level and he wants to share his knowledge about flower essence with the world.

What’s a flower essence and how do you use it?

A Flower Essence Therapy is very similar to homeopathy in the sense that it works on emotional and holistic wellness.

Everything is a frequency. That’s the reason you can look at someone’s face and immediately tell if they are sad, happy, or mad because there’s a frequency inside the body that changes the physiology that you see

— says Dr. Roberts.

Some flowers also have a frequency and by using them you can rebalance the entire frequency of the human being. For example, if you are having repetitive thoughts that are stopping your progress in life, there’s a flower called White Chestnut that relaxes that in your mind.

Just like any other herbal remedy, flowers can be used in holistic medicine to create balance within our bodies and minds.

How long can you use flower essences?

Since flower essence is frequency-based, you can use them for life since they won’t hurt you. That being said, the goal is to create balance in the body so you won’t need them long-term.

For example, if you use it to overcome sadness, and you are no longer sad, that means your frequency is balanced so you can stop using that specific flower.

After using a flower essence for a couple of weeks, Darryl finds that his client’s targeted symptoms or problems are normally resolved. But as you know, once one thing is treated, another issue usually surfaces, so oftentimes Darryl will spend a lot of time with clients using multiple flower frequencies until there is a state of balance.

Why is Meal Garden such an important tool in his work?

Dr. Roberts states that everything has a frequency, especially the foods you eat. He also understands just how powerful food can be and believes that not everyone is aware of this. He uses Meal Garden to deliver nutrition plans to his clients that contain foods that have the right kinds of vibrations.

A service like Meal Garden allows you to log in to the software and modify the search criteria based on not only what you should be eating but also what you like to eat. That changes the whole game!

I realized that I created a little bubble for myself. So when I tell someone to eat healthily, in their minds they are thinking that instead of a large bag of Doritos they will eat a small bag

— says Dr. Roberts.

People want direction about how to go about improving their health. They want actual recipes, and they also want to be taught new ways to use foods in their everyday lives that make sense to the health path they are on.

Emotional wellness vs eating

We usually associate health with eating, so if we are eating certain things that we consider “bad food” we believe we are being unhealthy.

You can have emotions that are not good and end up eating to feel better. We often think that emotions cause an imbalance with eating, but the reverse is also true; if you are eating in a way that it’s not in harmony with your body it will cause a physical reaction.

We look so much into the physical causing the emotion, but sometimes the emotion causes the physical.

If I stayed where I thought I was comfortable, I wouldn’t be doing any of the things I’m doing right now

— says Dr. Roberts.
