So many Life and Health Coaches follow the rhetoric “Just be positive” and “create a plan” and “have no excuses!”, but Cassandra Hope, RHN and Mindset Coach, talks to us on the Making It Real Podcast about getting to the real root of your client’s issues by helping them develop awareness of their own brain patterns and core beliefs.

In this episode, Cassandra talks to us about the incredibly sensitive topic of body dysmorphia — how to understand what it actually looks like and what the psychology is behind it. As a recovered addict, survivor of abuse and sufferer of IBS, Cassandra shares her personal journey to healing and expert knowledge, to help people reach their true potential.
