Eleanor Baker, MS, RD/N, LD/N Registered Dietitian at Elevated Nutrition and Wellness shares her journey from day 1 - building her practice, finding her niche working with clients, and why she's grateful to Meal Garden for making today's work a whole lot easier.

Eleanor is one of our very own Meal Garden professionals. With a passion for preventative medicine, optimal health practices, and sports performance, she is a registered dietitian and nutritionist who cares deeply about evolving the science of nutrition and dietetics.

“You guys have worked with me so much along the way. The responsiveness of the team, the dedication. That's really what's made me stay with you guys for so long. I feel like you guys are a second family, really taking care of me and my practice, but as well as the clients and making sure that they get the tools that they need.”

“If a client has diabetes, or maybe they have some micronutrients or lab values that are off, then I like to go in and be able to build a meal plan that is supporting that need. And if we're not able to meet that need through food components then that allows me to justify utilizing supplementation so that I'm not just throwing a blanket multivitamin at them, that we're actually using the tools that we have on hand to pinpoint and acutely improve their health.”

“I wouldn't be surprised if people just start ordering meal plans into their homes, but as dieticians, as nutritionists, as practitioners, you can start to develop a more personalized meal program, and then have it sent to their home. And that's what people are going to want. It's not good for the environment, but hopefully we can find ways to make it very sustainable.”
