Sandi Star is a Holistic Practitioner and Clinical Nutritionist who specializes in functional nutrition and wellness with a focus on addressing the underlying triggers and root cause of chronic inflammation.
Sandi’s primary focus is treating and preventing disease and dependency on pharmaceuticals. Sandi incorporates naturopathic therapies, lifestyle and nutrition counseling.
She originally came across Meal Garden as a tool to help create a beautiful look for her recipe book, but has since incorporated it into several lines of her work with clients for long-term success and habit creation & maintenance.

“The main goal is longterm success. Whatever we're working on. There's no short fix. […] I can't just give you a pill and tomorrow you're going to wake up great. It's you've got to put some work into this. […] I've had a lot of different personalities, let's just say, but there's always that reminder, okay, in six months, where do you want to be? And you, you know, you may lose and lot of people do all these bad diets and this and that and they lose weight. But then they also gain a lot more back. So it's just educating people on daily decisions for longterm success with anything to do with health.”
